Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 23.11.2026

Welcome to Dashlog. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dashlog application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Dashlog is a comprehensive health and nutrition protocol planner designed to help individuals, nutritionists, and clinics track, manage, and share health metrics, dietary protocols, and biometric data.

Dashlog is not a medical provider. The Service is provided for informational and organizational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor should it be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new diet, fitness, or health protocol.

2. User Accounts and Eligibility

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords and one-time passcodes) and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Account Types: Dashlog offers different account types, including Personal (Free and Biohacker tiers), Professional, and Clinic accounts. You agree to use the account type appropriate for your actual use case and to abide by the billing terms associated with that tier.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Fees: Certain features require a paid subscription. By selecting a premium tier, you agree to pay the stated fees. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to premium features until that date.
  • Organization Management: If your account is managed by a Clinic or Professional organization, your billing and tier access are controlled by that organization. If the organization cancels its subscription, you will be demoted to a free tier unless you initiate an individual subscription.

4. User Content and Data Sharing

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to the data, text, and media you submit to Dashlog ("User Content").
  • License: By submitting User Content, you grant Dashlog a secure, localized license to host, process, and display this data strictly for the purpose of operating the Service.
  • Data Sharing: Dashlog allows you to share your health data with assigned supervisors, nutritionists, or clinics. You are solely responsible for managing these permissions. Dashlog is not liable for how third-party professionals use the data you explicitly choose to share with them.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures or access data belonging to other users.
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful payloads.
  • Use the platform to distribute spam or unsolicited communications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dashlog and its creators, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or (c) any health outcomes or personal injuries resulting from protocols tracked within the app.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app prompt. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
